D’ORA D’ORO
Abruzzo Pecorino D.O.C.
Location of Vineyard: Crecchio
Soil type: of medium texture with botanic remains
Vitigno: Pecorino
Vinification: stemmer crusbing, static cleaning of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature
Organoleptic Characters: colour: blilliant, intense yellow with golden tints. Intense, fragrant, scents of yellow flowers, summer fruit (apricots) and honey. On the palate it is fresh savoury harmonious
ESMERY’S
Sparkling Wine
Location of Vineyard: Ortona’s hinterland, Pietrosa
Soil type: of medium texture tendentially clavery
Grape variety: Cococciola, Chardonnay and Trebbiano
Harvesting and wine-making: Careful selection of the bunches of grapes at the harvesting time. Preparation of courvèe and fermentation in bottle. Settling for maturity for ten years in naturally conditioned cellar (14/17°)
Organoleptic Characters: Creamy and thin froth, fine and rather persistent grain of the bibbles, straw-yellow green colour, intense bouquet, taste of mature fruit and bread crust, dry, fresh with a good soft and balanced body flavour

Location of Vineyard: Crecchio
Soil type: of medium texture with botanic remains
Grape variety: red grapes
Harvesting and wine-making: Slightly early harvested grapes with a careful selection of the bunches. Cold maceration of the pressed grapes (at 5° for one night). Fermentation at controlled temperature (15/16°)
Organoleptic Characters: Clear and shiny strawberry-red colour with an intense and persistent fruit and flowery bouquet that reminds of flowers and fruits of the brusch-wood. Fresh and vivid, soft and balanced taste.
LURRÈ
Rosso I.G.T. Colline Teatine
Location of Vineyard: Caldari, Crecchio and Arielli
Soil type: clayish – calcareous
Grape variety: red grapes
Vintage-Vinification: manual harvest at the right maturity, during the end of September until the first decade of October. Stemmer-crushing, maceration-into three different fermentation vessels.
Organoleptic Characters: deep, ruby red. Nose: small red fruits. Flavour: dry, full bodied, rustic

Trebbiano d’Abruzzo D.O.C.
Location of Vineyard: Gagliarda Alta
Soil type: clayish – calcareous
Grape variety: Trebbiano
Vintage-Vinification: Stemmer-crushing, maceration of the skins into the must at 5° for just one night. Fermentation at controlled temperature during 10 days
Organoleptic Characters: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Nose: flowers flowered, pervasive and fruity, pleasantly dry and fresh taste.

Vintage-Vinification: Cold maceration gentle pressing. static fining of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Ageing in stainless steel. Bottled in Jannuary
Organoleptic Characters: cherry red colour. Nose: cherry and black cherry. Flavour: fresh with almond aftertaste

Location of Vineyard: Caldari, Crecchio and Arielli
Soil type: clayish – calcareous
Grape variety: Montepulciano
Vintage-Vinification: Stemmer-crushing, maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature. Ageing in stainless steel 6 months. Bottle ageing: 2 months
Organoleptic Characters: intense ruby red colour. Nose: Small red ripe fruits. Flavour: dry, soft, perfectly tannic

Vendemmia – Vinificazione: raccolta dell’uva leggermente ritardata. Diraspa-pigiatura, illimpidimento statico del mosto. Fermentazione a temperatura controllata
Caratteristiche organolettiche: colore giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati. Profumo intenso di frutta matura a pasta gialla e bianca con leggero sentore floreale. Ampio e persistente. Morbido e di grande corpo.
